Rewired Telecom really saved us in a time of need. We had just moved to a new office and our VoIP phones weren't working very well. Our clients were constantly complaining that they had called multiple times and no one had answered but our office phones had not even been ringing. Clients were very upset and felt that we were ignoring their phone calls, and in our business when we lose a client we lose thousands of dollars in up front construction costs plus revenue. Our phone company insisted they couldn't find any problems with our equipment and since their test calls were working each time we made complaints, they dismissed our concerns.
