Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for physical equipment.

To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the original packaging and undamaged. If you are returnding items damaged during shipping you must contact us within 2 business days after receiving the equipment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

Refunds for Service Charges
Refunds for monthly service charges are handled on a case-by-case basis and you are not guaranteed a refund for these charges. If we determine that you have not received the service level we have promised your company we will gladly offer a refund or partial refund for your monthly service charges for the specific service or feature for the period in question.

We always replace items if they are defective. If you receive defective items and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call customer service at 1-888-677-8678. We will exchange defective equipment at no cost to you and cover the return shipping charges.
If you are unsatisfied with your phones or equipment and wish to replace it with another brand or model we will gladly exchange it for you. You are responsible for the return shipping and may be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange that is valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will arrive in the same condition it was in when it was shipped.
